Witam. Mam w akwarium dwa skalary. Zauważyłem, że pływają razem i jeden z nich złożył ikrę. Czy skalar może złożyć ikrę jeżeli nie ma pary, jeżeli z zbiorniku są dwie samice lub gdy jest sam? Dodaje zdjęcia. Ten z żółtą głową ma "garb", a ten czarny (większy) ma cały płaski.

Witam,
Chciałbym się zwami podzielić spostrzeżeniami z hodowli skalarów jakie posiadam , w akwa mam ich 12 sztuk mają po 8, 9 m-cy z czego 2 pary ,które składają ikrę co 2 tygodnie ... 4 przypominające dzikusy czyli złote w czarne paski i 8 sztuk o odcieniu niebieskiego. Wodę w akwarium podmieniam 2 razy w tygodniu dodaje do wody witaminy AZoo do dyskowców oraz AZOO DISCUS ANTI-ENDOPARASITES ,od czasu podawania tych dwóch środków do wody skalary mam zdrowe :-).Co do rozmnażania jak większość skalarów składają ją na liściu anubiasa czy żabienicy, liść takowy przenoszę do pudełka plastikowego po roślinach in-vitro , w którym wyciąłem dwa otwory po przeciwnej stronie na otwory przykleiłem kawałki siatki do mediów filtracyjnych takie pudełko stawiam do mniejszego akwarium , gdzie jest grzałka nastawiona na 30 stopni i filtr gąbkowy.Woda w tarlaku jest wzbogacona o preparat AZOO PLUS Triple Black Water lub AZOO DOUBLE BLACK WATER . Co do napowietrzania ikry robię to najprościej jak tylko możliwe, małym piórkiem od jakiegoś ptaka zdejmuję ikrę z liścia , do małego pojemnika z tymi dwoma okiennicami ;-) wkładam wężyk ,który wychodzi z filtra małego akwarium , ikra unosi się w górze dwa, trzy dni w ten sposób uzyskuje 70 do 80 % młodych z ikry , którą skalary złożyły :-)

Powyższe chyba odpowiada na moje pytanie, ale na wszelki wypadek. Czy ikra która odkleiła się od liścia, jest wciąż dobra? Kilka ziarenek spadło w akwarium dla narybku na szybę i tak leżą. Zostawić je?

Zostaw , jakość ikry zależy głównie od parki jaką posiadasz ... Przy okazji chciałbym obalić kilka mitów ,podzielić się swoimi doświadczeniami ... w internecie dużo informacji jest , odnośnie przenoszenia od razu liścia z ikrą do akwarium ileś tam litrów ja "swój" przenoszę do pojemnika 1 , 2 litrowego woda z filtra RO nie z akwarium , silnie napowietrzam bez filtra i tak hoduje malce przez okres do 4 bądź 5 tygodni licząc od złożenia ikry , w pojemniku jest tylko kamień napowietrzający ... pompka nastawiona na minimum wydajności aby malców bąble wody ;-)nie uszkodziły.
Karmię tylko wyklutą artemią niczym więcej na początku .Wodę wymieniam 2 razy dziennie wieczorem i popołudniu ,przelewając je do drugiego pojemnika przez siateczkę z kotnika za parę złotych odławiam je z siatki plastikową łyżką co do wody używam wody z filtra RO temp.28 stopni.
A dlaczego w pojemniku ponieważ w pojemnik takie przecinki szybciej znajdą jedzenie jakoś nie wyobrażam sobie noworodka,który goni za jedzeniem kilka kilometrów ;-)
W 5 , 6 tygodniu wpuszczam je do 30 litrowego akwarium tam gdzie stał pojemnik.

Ok, też już potwierdzam, że poza powierzchnią na której była ikra, też się wyklują. Artemia to BBS?
Wolałbym nie przyzwyczajać ich do czystej RO. Mieszam proporcjonalnie, to też zapobiega zbyt wysokim skokom PH. A są w 10 litrowym akwarium dedykowanym ikrze i larwom. Dzięki za inne rady, zastosuje się na pewno.
