Welonki są rybkami "zimnolubnymi" znaczy że potrzebują temp. około 20*C, czyli bez grzałki dadzą sobie radę.
Jednak przy szybkiej przemianie materii wytwarzają one dużo związków typu NOx, a bez filtra po kilku dniach ich stężenie jest tak duże że faktycznie rybki padają...
